چکیده

Vibrational triboelectric nanogenerators (V-TENG) can be used to harvest broadband vibration energy due the nonlinear impact force induced by a stopper. However, V-TENGs with single stopper have limited bandwidth and surface charge density, which has their application in wideband harvesting. Herein, V-TENG two stoppers pumping effect is proposed for frequency band broadening density enhancement. The theoretical analysis experimental validation indicated could improve 75% compared one at gap distance of 0.5 mm. Moreover, pump constructed output channels, improved about 14 times. With varying from 18 38 Hz, continually power 400 LEDs commercial capacitor quickly. This work shown an encouraging method enhancing performance V-TENGs, also great prospects harvesting machines, cars, ships, human motions self-powered electronics. mechanism enhancement technique vibrational TENG were systematically elaborated. introduction double-sided strengthens characteristics broadens band. Furthermore, high-performance based on (CPV-TENG) according channels V-TENG. • Research simulation. Demonstration features under different conditions exploration. A CPV-TENG effects

Improving energy conversion efficiency for triboelectric nanogenerator with capacitor structure by maximizing surface charge density.

Nanogenerators with capacitor structures based on piezoelectricity, pyroelectricity, triboelectricity and electrostatic induction have been extensively investigated. Although the electron flow on electrodes is well understood, the maximum efficiency-dependent structure design is not clearly known. In this paper, a clear understanding of triboelectric generators with capacitor structures is pres...

Cylindrical rotating triboelectric nanogenerator.

We demonstrate a cylindrical rotating triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) based on sliding electrification for harvesting mechanical energy from rotational motion. The rotating TENG is based on a core-shell structure that is made of distinctly different triboelectric materials with alternative strip structures on the surface. The charge transfer is strengthened with the formation of polymer nano...

Effective energy storage from a triboelectric nanogenerator.

To sustainably power electronics by harvesting mechanical energy using nanogenerators, energy storage is essential to supply a regulated and stable electric output, which is traditionally realized by a direct connection between the two components through a rectifier. However, this may lead to low energy-storage efficiency. Here, we rationally design a charging cycle to maximize energy-storage e...

Woven structured triboelectric nanogenerator for wearable devices.

To date, quite a few wearable electronics have entered the market, which are changing the life pattern of consumers. However, the limited lifetime and energy storage capacity have made rechargeable batteries the bottleneck in wearable technology, especially with the increase of number of wearable devices and their large distribution. To solve this problem, we demonstrate a woven-structured trib...
